I am a native of Mt. Juliet, TN and currently reside in Nashville, TN with my wife Brittany, daughters Ellie and Molly Lennon, and my Newfoundland, Norman. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Trevecca University and my Masters in Accounting from MTSU. 

After more than 11 years in public accounting, advisory, and leadership roles with small and medium sized businesses, I was ready for a change. This became even more evident after my wife and I found out she was pregnant with our second child. I left a lucrative position in industry to start Incado because I wanted to be available for my family, while building a platform to help business owners champion and retool their businesses in an efficient and non-traditional way. Incado is based in those principles and fueled by my passions and experiences. I have been fortunate to work with several great people and mentors that have exposed me to a variety of situations and different industries. Over time I have developed many strong relationships with professionals involved in banking, transactions, accounting, and investing, all of whom I endorse to assist and service my clients and myself. I have led 5 acquisitions/mergers and helped companies secure over $6.5 million in SBA and permanent financing. I have also created over $1 million in cost savings across our client base in the past 4 1/2 years. During a two-year period of my career, I served as CFO and COO in tandem, which allowed me to create a unique way of bringing those roles and processes together.
